  • Our team will reach out shortly by email or phone to confirm your appointment time. Submissions sent outside of business hours will be reviewed the next business day.
  • We accept Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Medicare. Note: we no longer accept Blue Cross Blue Shield HMO for Rheumatology. Cash-pay is also welcome — $400 new patient, $200 follow-up.
  • Yes. Telehealth visits are available for new and established patients in the states we're licensed in. For appointments that need a hands-on physical exam or in-office testing, your provider will recommend an in-person visit at one of our three South Florida offices.
  • Yes. All information you submit is encrypted in transit and stored in our HIPAA-compliant system. Only your care team has access.
