Choose your specialty (endocrinology or rheumatology), share your contact info, insurance carrier, and reason for visit. About 2 minutes.

We call to schedule

Our team reviews your pre-screen and calls you to book your appointment time. We'll send a secure link via Tebra to put a card on file.

Join the video visit

At your appointment time, click the secure video link in your confirmation email. No app to download — works in any browser.

Get your care plan

Your provider sends prescriptions to your pharmacy, orders any labs, and schedules follow-ups as needed.

Need labs, imaging, or a hands-on exam? Your provider will let you know during the visit and coordinate in-person follow-up at one of our three South Florida offices.

The most common questions patients ask before their first telehealth visit.

For most appointment types, yes. Follow-ups, medication management, lab reviews, and many initial consultations are equally effective by video. For appointments that require a hands-on physical exam, joint injection, or in-office testing, your provider will recommend in-person at one of our three South Florida offices.
Yes. We use a HIPAA-compliant, encrypted video platform built specifically for healthcare. Your privacy is protected the same way it is during an in-person visit.
Yes for most medications. Prescriptions are sent electronically to whatever pharmacy you specify. Some controlled substances may require additional verification or an in-person visit per state and federal law — your provider will let you know if this applies to you.
Your provider can order labs and imaging at a facility near you.
Absolutely. Many patients do their first visit in person, then switch to telehealth for follow-ups (or vice versa). You can mix and match however works best for you.
Telehealth law requires the provider to be licensed in the state where you (the patient) are physically located at the time of the visit. If you'll be traveling, let us know in advance — we'll confirm coverage or reschedule to a time when you'll be in a state we're licensed in.
