Good Faith Estimate

Effective May 1, 2026

Under the federal No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected charges for your medical care.

Your right to a Good Faith Estimate

If you are uninsured or self-pay, Barron MD 360 is required to provide you with a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) of expected charges before scheduling your appointment, and on request at any other time.

What the GFE includes

Your Good Faith Estimate will include the items and services reasonably expected to be provided during your visit, along with the expected charge for each item or service. The GFE is based on information available at the time it is provided and may not include unforeseen services or complications.

Cash-pay first visit

Our standard cash-pay rate for a first visit (new patient consultation) is $400 (a 20% discount off our $500 rate). Follow-up visits are typically $200 (a 20% discount off our $250 rate). Additional services such as in-office labs, imaging, or procedures may carry separate charges, which we will communicate to you in advance.

If your bill exceeds the estimate

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you may dispute the bill through the federal patient–provider dispute resolution process. Information about disputing a bill is available at cms.gov/nosurprises.
